Volunteers needed for Clothesline Project

Mississippi State's Sexual Assault Services and Student Counseling Services are sponsoring the 2011 Clothesline Project Sept. 20-22, beginning at 8 a.m., on the MSU Drill Field. The Clothesline Project (www.clotheslineproject.org) is a national program designed to address sexual assault on college campuses. Colored shirts that represent different domestic abuse situations will be on display.

Volunteers will be needed from 6 a.m.-4 p.m. to assist with setting up and removing shirts, moving supplies, as well as maintaining the display throughout the day. Those interested in volunteering for the event should email the Maroon Volunteer Center at volunteer@saffairs.msstate.edu or call 662-325-2150.
