Back by popular demand for faculty, Dr. Mark Taylor returns with a new and dynamic presentation/workshop on practical skills for facilitating meaningful student learning in and out of the classroom. The session is set for Wednesday, Oct. 13, 1-4 p.m. in the Foster Ballroom of Colvard Student Union.
Taylor describes, illustrates and allows faculty to make plans for applying concrete and immediately useful methods to increase student engagement, activity, self-responsibility, and personal ownership of class goals and desired outcomes.
Join us for this inspiring presentation by Taylor, nationally recognized educator, expert, consultant and speaker who is on the forefront of transformations in education practice and workplace management. He will give a keynote presentation followed by a mini-workshop with demonstrated techniques to improve instructional efficiency and effectiveness.
