Borderless Hosts seeks participants

The Borderless Hosts program is seeking volunteer "host" families and international students for the fall semester.

The program pairs an international student and a local family, giving both an opportunity for cultural learning and understanding. The student does not live with the family; instead, he or she participates in group gatherings sponsored by the program and interact on their own schedules. A student and family may participate in activities, such as sharing a meal together and attending community events.

International students attending MSU, or local families who are interested in participating in the program, should fill out an application at www.glp.msstate.edu. Applications will be accepted until 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 7.

For more information, call the Global Leadership Continuum Office at 662-325-0244 or e-mail Hawken Brackett at htb9@saffairs.msstate.edu.
