ITS will be performing three major hardware/software upgrades in the month of June during our normal 10pm-6am maintenance window. Network and system availability will be impacted while the upgrades are being performed.
The upgrades are:
Tuesday, June 9 beginning at 10pm, Storage Area Network upgrade
- All ITS servers and systems including GroupWise, Banner, and myCourses will be down.
- Expected duration: 5 hours
Tuesday, June 9 beginning at 10pm, Wireless Network upgrade
- Wireless connectivity will be interrupted
- Expected duration: 4 hours
Saturday, June 13 beginning at 10pm, Wireless Network upgrade
- Wireless connectivity will be interrupted
- Expected duration: 4 hours
Tuesday, June 23 beginning at 10pm, Wired Network upgrade
- Wired and wireless connectivity will be interrupted
- Expected duration: 4 hours
