Mississippi State's 2009 football team already has a new-look coaching staff for next season; now the Bulldogs also have a new look.
As part of a new apparel agreement reached in late 2008, Mississippi State will wear Adidas uniforms for the first time in school history.
The uniforms, which will feature maroon helmets and the new university wordmark and logos, will be on display for the first time today, April 15, at 1 p.m. at Barnes & Noble at MSU Bookstore in the Cullis Wade Depot.
Adidas representatives, along with head football coach Dan Mullen, director of athletics Greg Byrne and selected players, will introduce the new look at a public unveiling at the front of the bookstore, along Stone Boulevard.
Fans are invited to attend the event, and the bookstore will be offering discounts of 10 percent on all Adidas items (including the official Super Bulldog Weekend T-shirt) throughout the day.
