Anyone interested in serving as team captains are encouraged to attend the Big Brothers Big Sisters annual Team Captain Kickoff meeting Tuesday, March 3, at noon.
The meeting is set for the Starkville Church of Christ located at 1107 East Lee Blvd. A light lunch will be provided.
Bowl for Kids' Sake is an annual fundraising program for Big Brothers Big Sisters where each participant can be a bowler, team captain, sponsor, or all three! A team captain gets to organize his or her own group of four-five bowlers and, as a team, raise a designated amount of money before the big bowling event in April.
Students from MSU's Day One Leadership Community will be assisting with the event, and the Global Leadership Continuum is helping recruit volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
