Faculty members are invited to join the new study abroad office for lunch Nov. 13 to learn the facts about offering a study abroad course at MSU.
Participants will learn why study abroad courses can help a department and its students, what is needed to get started, and how the Office of Study Abroad can help.
"From Here to There: Creating Study Abroad Programs," part of the Division of Academic Outreach and Continuing Education Lunch N Learn Series, will be held 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Lunch is provided, so would-be participants should make reservations with Lori Sullivan at las283@msstate.edu by Monday, Nov. 10.
For those who can't make the Lunch N Learn, a faculty interest session will be held in 330 Colvard Student Union Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 3:30 p.m.
