STARKVILLE, Miss.--Mississippi State athletic fans seeking information on this season's six-game campus football weekends should visit the 2008 Game Day Web site.

Located at www.gameday.msstate.edu, the one-stop directory lists the various activities and includes hours of operation, contact persons and other information. Where available, links are provided for activities with separate Web addresses.

Only on-campus entities may contribute postings.

The Bulldogs begin home-season play Sept. 6 against the Southeastern Louisiana University Lions.

"The game day site helped inform more than 125,000 individuals last fall about the exciting happenings during home football game weekends," said Jimmy Abraham, executive director of the MSU Alumni Association. "Every year, we welcome more visitors who are looking for the best ways to spend their game weekends on the MSU campus."

Abraham, also associate vice president for external affairs, said the varied activities "are designed both to enhance the game-day experience for Bulldogs and visitors and give Mississippi State the opportunity to showcase its many offerings and proud accomplishments."

The 2008 home schedule also includes Auburn, Sept. 13; Vanderbilt, Oct. 11; Middle Tennessee State University, Oct. 25; Kentucky, Nov. 1; and Arkansas, Nov. 22.
