Best Practices in Recruitment Presentation

Guest speaker Dr. Daryl E. Chubin, Director of the AAAS Center for Advancing Science & Engineering Capacity, will present best practices for recruitment, retention and graduation of diverse students in science and engineering. This workshop is open to all MSU faculty, staff and administrators.

Topics to be covered:

- Strategies in recruitment and retention

- National views on the critical need for the production of underrepresented groups at the undergraduate and graduate levels in science and engineering

- How other colleges across the United States use diversity as a catalyst for meeting the demands of the workforce.
