University schedule and events
- The fall semester concludes for students with commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 8, at 7 p.m. and on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 10 a.m., in Humphrey Coliseum.
- Final grades are due from instructors by noon Tuesday, Dec. 12.
- The winter holiday for staff begins at the end of the work day on Wednesday, Dec. 20, and continues through Tuesday, Jan. 2.
- Final registration for spring semester is Jan. 4 and 5.
- Spring semester classes begin on Jan. 8.
- The annual Martin Luther King Day Unity Breakfast takes place at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 15, at Bost Extension Auditorium. MLK Day is also a university holiday.
- The last day to register or add a class is Jan. 16.
