At 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, the Starkville campus voicemail system will be taken offline for a major upgrade. The upgrade is expected to be completed by late Saturday, July 15 or early Sunday, July 16, but unforeseen problems could extend the downtime until early Monday, July 17. During this period, callers will not be able to leave new voicemails, and campus users will not be able to interact with their voicemail boxes. Also during this period, automated attendants dependant on the voicemail system will not be functional.
Once the upgrade is complete, users should notice no difference in features or functionality of the system, and all previously-recorded messages and greetings should be maintained.
