Service Recognition Program scheduled for May 22

Mississippi State's 24th Annual Service Recognition Program will be held on Monday, May 22 at 1:30 p.m. at the Humphrey Coliseum to honor employees for their service to the university. During the program, MSU faculty and staff members who will be retiring during the fiscal year will be recognized along with those celebrating five-year milestones in years of service. Dr. Robert H. Foglesong will be the keynote speaker. The Donald Zacharias Distinguished Staff Awards will also be announced during this program.

Entertainment for this year's program will include various MSU faculty and staff members, and a reception will follow the program.

Please note that the date and time for the program have changed from May 16 at 2 p.m. to May 22 at 1:30 p.m.

There are 448 faculty and staff celebrating 5, 10, and 15 year milestones.

170 MSU employees are celebrating 20+ years.

There are 48 employees retiring this year.

This year we have invited retired faculty and staff from the Starkville area to join us for the event. There are 1,076 previous retirees in the surrounding area.
