Residence Halls
Residence halls will close on Saturday, December 10 at 5 p.m. The residence halls will re-open on Monday, January 2 at 2 p.m. for the Spring Intersession. If a student needs housing during the break between semesters, rooms are available in Herbert Hall. Longest Student Health Center Pharmacy
The Longest Student Health Center Pharmacy wants to remind our customers to please refill their prescriptions before the Christmas break. We will be closed during the Winter Holidays and will reopen January 2nd. We will not be able to deliver December 12-16 but would be happy to deliver up to December 9. We appreciate your business, hope you have a happy holiday, and please make sure you take your medicine regularly!
Sponsored Programs Administration and Regulatory Compliance
The Offices of Sponsored Programs Administration and The Office of Regulatory Compliance will be closed for the winter holiday December 20-30. However, we would like to accommodate those who are planning to send out proposals during this time.
If you are planning to submit a proposal during the holiday break, please contact your SPA administrator by calling 662/325-7404, by Wednesday, December 14 to make necessary arrangements. For proposals requiring compliance approvals at the time of protocol submission, please plan accordingly as committee approvals will not be possible during the holiday.
If you would like to discuss a special circumstance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We will be checking email and voicemail periodically over the holiday break.
