RECEIVE MSU ALUMNI HONOR--The Mississippi State University Alumni Association is recognizing (l-r) Emery D. Skelton of Winterville, Archie E. Cammack of Mobile, Ala., and Jack Ware of Lucedale for long years of hard work and dedication to the national organization. They recently received 2005 Distinguished Service Awards at the association's annual leadership conference.
GREENVILLE EDITOR:
Skelton, president of Huntington Plantation, received bachelor's and master's degrees from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 1964 and 1965, respectively. He has served as president of the alumni association's Washington County chapter, as well as a board member of the Bulldog Club athletic foundation. He also has been board chairman for the Delta Regional Medical Center and the Federal Land Bank of South Mississippi.

Cammack is a 1964 College of Business and Industry graduate now serving as senior field representative for the Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. He is president of the alumni association's Mobile chapter, a position he held earlier--along with vice president and board of directors member. He has been among chapter members leading student recruiting efforts in the Mobile County area.

Ware is the retired general manager of the Singing River Electric Power Association and an active member of the Southeast Mississippi economic development community. Over nearly four decades, he has held every leadership position in the alumni association's George-Greene Counties chapter.
