Edward C. "Ed" Collum of Mobile, Ala., (l) and William E. "Bill" Allen of Greenville are receiving distinguished service awards for their long years of service and dedication to the Mississippi State University Alumni Association. Allen, a 1962 insurance graduate, and Collum, who completed a business management degree in 1978, recently were honored at the association's annual awards banquet on campus.
