Rosemary C. Cuicchi of Starkville, a science teacher at Armstrong Middle School, recently spent part of her summer as Mississippi State's first Tennessee Valley Authority Master Teacher. A cooperative effort between TVA and the university's Engineering Research Center, the program focuses on the development of classroom project ideas for K-12 students.
