For the 32nd consecutive year, the Madrigal Dinner will usher in the Christmas season at Mississippi State University.
This year's event takes place Dec. 4 in the Bost Extension Center Auditorium. Co-sponsored by the Campus Activities Board and music education department, the festivities begin at 6:30 p.m.
The dinners recreate Yuletide gatherings in Medieval England. In addition to the multi-course meal of the period, the program includes seasonal songs performed by the student Madrigal Singers, each clad in attire of the Middle Ages.
General admission tickets are $20 each; $15 for MSU students. Advance purchases may be made in 118 Colvard Union.
