Olympic weightlifting is a sport that is empowering, challenging and humbling. In this series of classes, CrossFit trainers Chase Taylor and Ryan Young will teach participants about proper lifting techniques, as well as how to perform different types of lifts, move more weight, and improve flexibility and lifting positioning. Individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced lifters, are welcome to participate. Participants should wear lifting shoes or shoes with a solid sole and heel, as well as long pants or socks. Participants also should bring a sufficient supply of water or sports drink for hydration before, during and after the workout. Click the "Link" below for more information and to register.
