U.S. Election Forum for International Students

The International Institute at Mississippi State is hosting an open meeting designed to help international students, faculty and staff better understand the election process and serve as a forum for participants to voice their opinions and ask questions. Assistant Professor Rob Mellen from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration will provide historic context of power shifts in the United States – what it means, how people deal with it, and how important peaceful transitions are for a democracy. Refreshments will be provided.
