About this event
Since writing is not a single-step process and making changes is not only about fixing grammatical mistakes, we need to decide what to do first: revise or edit? Going through a paper to edit for improper comma usage or awkward wording before addressing major structural issues, such as missing thesis or unclear organization, is probably not the best thing to do. Join us for a hands-on workshop on revising and editing and try out some new ways to handle the process of polishing your paper. Be sure to bring an up-to-date essay that you need to revise and edit for your class.
