The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Mississippi State is welcoming David Kohl, professor emeritus at Virginia Tech, as the next guest in its Charles E. Lindley Lecture Series. Kohl's presentation will focus on the major game changers in the agriculture landscape that can turn underwriting standards upside down. He will provide a quick tour of global economics and how it is influencing commodity and oil prices. Come find out what is occurring with the U.S. economy and the status of the lead and lag indicators that forecast the future. A discussion will occur on land values, oil prices and the possible conditions that could correct land values. Registration is required for the lecture and luncheon.
