Southern Smash

Mark your calendar because you have a date with your scale and a sledgehammer! The scale smashing college tour is stopping by Mississippi State University, and we want you to join in the fun! Whether it is the number on the scale, calories, grades, miles, speed or anything in between, we allow so many exterior things to weigh us down. Sadly, most Americans feel trapped by the number on the scale. Southern Smash aims to help free us from those perfect numbers and thoughts that weigh us down by educating on eating disorders and positive body image. Come smash those perfect numbers in an afternoon of empowering activities, including a BeYOUtiful Photo Booth, Let it Go balloons, Dare to Love Yourself cards and SCALE SMASHING!
