True Maroon Week: MAFES Monday

Part of the MSU Student Association's True Maroon Week, MAFES Monday is a celebration of the history and cheese-making tradition of the university's Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station (www.mafes.msstate.edu). In addition to MSU ice cream, the event will feature an Edam cheese eating contest, "Say Cheese" photo booth, as well as acoustic music by MSU alumnus and staff member Brent Varner. Food vendors that also will be in attendance include Bin 612, 929 Coffee Bar and DeRego's Bread.
