Best in Show: International Juried Poster Exhibition Reception

November 09, 2015 - 5:00 pm

About this event

Dogs are taking over MSU's Visual Arts Center Gallery! Join the College of Architecture, Art and Design's art department for its newest exhibition featuring "man's best friend"-themed posters by graphic design professionals and students from around the world. Open to all—including canine companions--the reception also will feature a “Best in Show” awards ceremony. Guest juror Robynne Raye, co-founder of the Seattle, Washington-based internationally acclaimed design studio Modern Dog Design Co., will be in attendance. Complimentary refreshments will be served. In addition to works of graphic design professionals and students from around the world, the exhibit on display through Dec. 2 features an installation of miniature paper dog sculptures created by children from Starkville, Meridian and Tupelo.
