This workshop will expand upon earlier sessions and provide faculty and staff with more in-depth information about identifying certain components of Outlook and Exchange. Users also will gain more understanding of how to use OWA and Skype for Business (Lync), as well as managing SPAM, sharing folders and mailboxes.
