About this event

The Language Research Group (LRG) brings together scholars at MSU who have an interest in language as both an object of study and tool for investigating social, psychological and philosophical issues. Members of the LRG are experts in such fields as linguistics, psychology, education, philosophy, anthropology, sociology and communication, among others, and bring diverse perspectives to the discussion of language as a communicative system and resource. The goal of the group is to provide a venue for faculty and student scholars working on and with language and discourse to present their research and promote collaborative, interdisciplinary work.
