About this event
The Nutrition and Intuitive Eating Group meets weekly to address the topic of nutrition and a balanced perspective of food choices. If you are skipping meals only to overeat later, fighting guilt after eating, or tired of the constant chatter in your head about what you should and should not eat, this group will help you develop solutions to address these thoughts and behaviors and move toward an overall healthier approach to nutrition.
