Bad Blood: Bad Relationships and How They Matter in the 21st Century

Mississippi State's Department of Communication, along with The Language Research Group, is welcoming Steve Duck as the first guest speaker in its "Critical Conversations" series this fall. A prolific scholar who has edited and published dozens of books, Duck is the Daniel and Amy Starch Distinguished Research Professor and rhetoric department chair at the University of Iowa. Light refreshments will be served. A question-and-answer session will follow Duck's presentation. Duck also will visit classes and interact with students and faculty members during his time on campus.
