Day 5 of this yoga- & mediation-based 5-day course will teach breathing techniques for calmness in mind, enhancement of memory, & release of stress. It also involves light physical activity, music, & games. Jennifer Stevenson, international teacher of "Art of Living" will lead the session, open to the entire MSU family.
