Attention to all WOMEN members of the Sanderson Center! The Sanderson Center is offering a FREE summer program called \"Strength in Numbers: MS Women and Weight Training.\" This 6-week group exercise program will help you learn, practice, and understand the importance of weight training in addition to cardiovascular training for optimal physical fitness. The program will begin June 30 and run through August 8. There will be two available groups: one will meet each Tuesday and Thursday from 12 noon to 1 pm; the other will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30pm.
